Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IDHole.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the
terms and provision of the Terms Of Service. You (or "the client") acknowledge your
agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions. ID Hole reserves the right
to make any changes or modifications as we deem necessary or desirable without prior
notification.
Description of Services
ID Hole is a website that provides users with the opportunity to save personal
and/or business information such as, but not limited to, account numbers and usernames
and passwords for online accounts and other personal and/or business accounts, and
personal identification information. This information is highly encoded and encrypted so
that only the user can access it. Each user will receive a username, password, and
encryption key. Links to the websites and contact information for these accounts can be
also be included for added convenience. Advertisements with links to other websites may
also appear on various pages of the website.
Responsibilities of the User
As an ID Hole user, you understand that after a year of having access to ID Hole services for free,
you will be prompted to pay a fee of ten (10) dollars a year to maintain this access. This annual fee is necessary in order for ID Hole to
continue to provide services to its members. This fee can be paid by credit card online on the ID Hole website.
ID Hole has the right to adjust the price of the price of its services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to its clients.
As an ID Hole user, you understand that all of the information you enter on the
website is highly encrypted so that only the user will have access to it. Therefore, no one
will be able to access the information that you enter, including the owners of ID Hole.
You also understand that because we do not have access to your account information, ID
Hole cannot issue you another encryption key in the event that you forget it. Therefore,
YOU MUST REMEMBER YOUR ENCRYPTION KEY. You will have the option of
having your username or password sent to you via email in the event that you forget it.
To ensure confidentiality and security, ID Hole strongly admonishes that all users
do not share their username, password, or encryption key with anyone. You understand
that you, the user, are responsible for protecting your password, username, and
encryption key as well as all of the information you enter on your account. ID Hole will
not be held liable if anyone accesses your password or encryption key.
After five (5) minutes of inactivity, there will be an automatic logoff, and you will
have to log in again. However, if at anytime you are logged in, if someone obtains your
personal information without your consent, ID Hole will not be held responsible. It is
your responsibility to remain attentive to your account information while you are logged in.
ID Hole is not liable for any of the information that is entered on the website by
its users. Understanding this, you agree that it is your responsibility to make sure that
this information is accurate and that all accounts are current.
Internet
Although the internet is usually a secure environment, sometimes there are
interruptions in services or events that are beyond the control of ID Hole, therefore, ID
Hole is not responsible for any data lost, or business lost while transmitting information
on the internet. While it is our objective to make this program accessible at all times, it
may be unavailable from time to time for any reason. You understand and acknowledge
that due to circumstances both within and outside of the control of ID Hole, access to our
services may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time. ID Hole has the
right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ID Hole and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers,
agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you
submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the ID Hole services,
your use of the ID Hole services, your connection to the ID Hole services, your violation
of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

The ID Hole services may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other
World Wide Web sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that ID Hole is not
responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse
and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on
or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that ID
Hole shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss
caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such
content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Copyright and Trademarks
Everything located on or in IDHole.com is the exclusive property of ID Hole or
used with express permission of the copyright and/or trademark owner. Any copying,
distributing, transmitting, posting, deep linking, or otherwise modifying of this site and
any of its services is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in
copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right infringement that may subject the
client to civil and/or criminal penalties. IDHole.com and its services contain copyrighted
material including but not limited to text, software, photos, graphics, logos, and slogans.
Website Security
ID Hole is highly thorough in maintaining the security of IDHole.com and all of
its content. All of the information stored on the website is encrypted in such a way that
only the user will have access to it, therefore, ensuring confidentiality and security to
each user. However, anyone who tries in any way to access any unauthorized content or
information will be held legally responsible. You may not attempt to violate the security
of our website or network in any way. Such violations may result in criminal or civil
liability. ID Hole may, but is not obligated to, investigate any violation of our network.
ID Hole may cooperate with law enforcement where criminal or unauthorized activity is
suspected. By using ID Hole products services or sending, receiving, posting, accessing,

to protect its Website and Network, its rights or the rights of its customers or third
parties, or (2) optimize or improve its Website, Network, services, systems, and
equipment. You acknowledge that such action may include, without limitation,
employing methods, technologies, or procedures to filter or block messages sent
through the Website or Network. ID Hole may, in its sole discretion, at any time,
filter "spam" or prevent "hacking," "viruses" or other potential harms without
regard to any preference you may have communicated to us.
Termination
You may at any time cancel or discontinue using ID Hole. In the same manner, ID
Hole may cancel the client's use of any of its services for any reason.
